Four Dough

Learn the fundamentals of perfect pastries right from the
making of dough. In this session, professional French chef
Nathalie Arbefeuille will pass on her knowledge in the
making of four types of pastry dough from salted short crust
and sweet short crust  to puff pastry and choux pastry. The
excitements continue when you learn how to turn the dough
into delectable desserts.


Salted short crust : Salmon, Leeks and Parmesan Quiche
Puff pastry              : Cheese Fingers, Frangipane Cake
Sweet short crust : Strawberry Tart
