MUMS & KIDS WORKSHOP
PIZZA PARTY
Kids’ favorite pizza making workshop is back! This time, they will be making a variety of ‘thin
& crispy’ pizzas from scratch. They will dirty their little hands from measuring flour and yeast
to rolling out the dough and making pizza sauce before they put on their favorite toppings.

Coffee Appreciation Workshop
Coffee is indeed one of the most popular drinks in the world. And coffee is the second most
traded commodity in the world. We drink coffee everyday or would have drank it some time or
another. Do you want to find out what is coffee, how do you brew coffee and what is the taste
of coffee? These are some of the questions that will be answered during the workshop. At
the end of the workshop you will be able to brew a good cup and enjoy coffee to its potential.
The workshop will cover:
1. Brief history of coffee
2. Coffee varietals
3. Terroir and coffee regions: its impact on taste
4. Degree of roast and how it affects the taste
5. Taste of a good cup
6. Brewing techniques viz. french press, drip, syphon and espresso
7. Variations in preparations viz. latte, cappuccino, espresso, affogato etc.
8. Hands on workshop on coffee brewing
Facilitators: KK Yoon and SL Cheah, both coffee lovers and are very passionate about getting
a perfect cup.
