Our 'Black Box Culinary Teambuilding challenge' represent a microcosm
of the working world with deadlines, decision-making and cooperation
necessary to succeed. The employees are divided into groups and they
are required to cook out 3 dishes in 90 minutes. They will be judged by a
professional chef and points will be awarded based on taste, creativity,
teamwork and presentation of the dishes. After sweating out in the cooking
competition, the teams will get to enjoy a luxurious 3-course sit-down meal
with nice music and cozy atmosphere. We can include additional vegetarian
dishes, and meals for special dietary requirements, with advance notice.
Everyone participates on the same level.
Rock climbing, golf and physical activities can exclude some team players or put others at a disadvantage.
We bring people together on one playing field-the kitchen! From novice to experienced cooks-we have
something to offer for everyone. Teams must work cooperatively-building communication skills, working on
time management, organizational skills, group interaction and most of all having fun to complete their
assigned tasks and recipes
No kitchen? No problem!
We come equipped with portable kitchen stations that include burners. We bring all the necessary
equipment and staff to set up cooking stations for teams to complete their tasks. We can use conference
room space, outdoor areas (weather permitting) or any other location of your preference
