Time: 4.30pm-8.30pm followed by sit down dinner
Workshop Description
We will be addressing the essence of food seduction, the art of flirting with food and to explore intimacy through cooking with the emphasis
on healthy eating as health food is an amazing aphrodisiac.
Workshop Objective
This course enables participants to:
· Explore and apply senses as a tool of communication in sharing and rekindling passion through cooking
· Experience the chemistry when body and soul meet to eat
· Familiarise , practice and appreciate intimacy through cooking
· Some basic pointers on table setting
Agenda
· 4.30 -5.15 pm Short briefing introduction / talk, discussion
· 5.15 -7.15 pm Hands on workshop and cooking up 3 recipe items and a mock tail
· 7.15 – 7.30 pm Table setting/ Stage the table for romance
· 7.30 – 8.30 pm Dinner and round up
